ISIS-K has done Takfir against Taliban of Afghanistan for multiple times.

The damages that Taliban has inflicted on ISIS-K includes:
1- The execution of one of the main leaders of ISIS in Khorasan, Abu Omar Khorasani.
2- Identifying and destroying the ISIS team house in Khair khana neighborhood of Kabul.
3- Identification and destruction of ISIS hideout in Charikar city (center of Parwan province).

It is strange that ISIS-K has used the phrase of "militia" in case of Taliban. That's usually used by western media to define Taliban.

Btw, Dostam is trying to form an alliance to overthrow Taliban led IEA.
