1. History of past Judicial Commissions,
2. Judges are narrowly focused on Pakistani law of evidence and
3. Judges' lack of understanding of kick backs/commissions transfers directly by foreign companies into foreign accounts without touching Pakistani links are factors; NS will never be convicted.

IK must ask for change of system to Presidential with direct people vote minimum 51% of all casted votes and 6000 City Governments. That will benefit people because of; 47,000 Chinese, 19,200 American and 2960 Turkey's City Governments have changed countries economically and securely. This system will only change faces of two families with more poverty and corruption. THINK Pakistan.

Imran khan is too idealistic and highly optimistic. What he is doing is right, the way he is taking is right, he is pushing courts/system to do ehtisaab (which is highly comendeable)
The only problem is what he's faced with are not humans. He's taken a fight with strong, blood thirsty leeches, soul eater satans. He wont be able to get justice in regular way. It will always fails 100% of time for infinite future.
The justice system of Pakistan is infertile, it can not deliver(period)
But in the end salute to Imran over his committment and high moral standing. He is a real fighter

Not really. What we are forgetting is that there are two other cases against Sharif which will be pursued along side TOR. They are the news leak in which the military is pretty upset & angry and second is Sh Rashid petition which is a simple disqualification over non declaring of assets. I dont think Sharif can make it out of all the three. One way or the other he will be disqualified hopefully. If he makes it in all the three than i should add that all the parties are playing from the same side and for Pakistan i would say Allah Hafiz.

the case is simple, nawaz shareef will be disqualified for not declaring his assets in 2013 elections & who knows there might be a verdict on this in 2-3 weeks.
