ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has officially sought permission to send a judicial commission to India to probe the Mumbai attacks case.

According to sources, a request has been sent by the Interior Ministry to officials in India which seeks that the commission be allowed to record statements and examine the witnesses of the Mumbai attacks.

Pakistan has also decided to maintain communication with India officials via its High Commissioner in New Delhi.

A commission which visited India earlier had not been allowed to examine witnesses.

If they are serious.......yes.

pak is serious that,s why they are sending commission 2nd time now its up to India, India should give the permission to commission to examine concerns otherwise result will be same as was of 1st

Agreed, I dont see a reason on why it should not be allowed and if not The GOI should explain.

I beleive...Pakistan in 2012 is altogether different what is was 2 years back....Indian should cooperate and try to explore the option which is beneifitial to both the nations...
