Pakistan Army has very low chances of winning wars against bigger foes like India, why is there a lack of military alliance with other friendly nations in case of war ?

Israel gets all the support from USA in terms of weaponry, equipment and supplies.

Shouldn’t Pakistan be asking for same free flow of weaponry from China ?
We don't have a low chance. We have all the wherewithals required for winning. That's why our military history is a history of missed opportunities. Provided we are able to manage our military resources well and employ then in a logical manger, we can prevail. Our military history bears testimony to the fact that we don't learn from our mistakes, that's why we keep on repeating them.

Do you think Chengiz Khan and the II Corps counteroffensive, if properly executed, would've made a difference to the outcome of the 1971 war?

Both didn't stand a chance. PAF offensive went with hardly 3 dozen aircraft, even though we had 270 available. IAF aircraft were already in HAS, so nothing less than bunker busters would have mattered, and we didn't have them.

Moreover, 2 corps offensive would have run out of stream midway, and would have been severely mauled by IAF, since we had hardly any airfield for its air cover. Many PSOs in GHQ weren't even aware of 2 corps plan. It was just conjured up at the last moment without any plan and coordination. Speaks alot about our planning abilities.

Pakistan's military expenditure continues to face severe inflationary pressure, as data from Janes Defence Budgets shows. (Janes Defence Budgets)
Pakistan Finance Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar announced in the National Assembly on 9 June that the country's defence budget for 2023–24 will be PKR1.80 trillion (USD6.27 billion).
In his speech, he indicated that the new budget represents a nominal 19.5% increase over the revised allocation for 2022–23, which he said was PKR1.51 trillion.
While this signals a strong rise, gains are offset by severe economic challenges including the falling value of Pakistan's currency and high inflation. Dar said the expected rate of inflation in 2023–24 is 21%.
Full budgetary documents were not available immediately but according to news reports, about PKR705 billion or about 40% of the 2023–24 budget will be allocated for employees-related expenses. Military operating expenses will receive PKR442 billion and physical assets – including some elements of procurement – will receive PKR461 billion.
