Bit of power and these people think they are the bees knees and Faron's of their time. When ministers are not held accountable for their handy work how can you hold responsible lower level policemen for their criminal behaviours.

In Great Sindh under PPP rule:
This guy used to run a gang for stealing batteries from Cell phone towers. On his fifteenth heist, he got caught by local villagers. He gave a video statement that he was performing these illegal activities under the patronage of local SHO, Sikandar Pinhor.
He was killed while under the custody of Sindh police so that he could not testify against SHO.

In USA , they allow citizens to carry their own weapons so that no one including army or police would become rouge.
