Nice one. Its so amusing that they have indirectly quoted Zaid Hamid in their talks.
But I guess whatever said was correct. I guess all Pakistanis should watch these videos and understand what the reality is, and make an effort to sort out the problems of Pakistan, to make it a better place to live in.

Its about how Pakistanis have always expected so much from Americans and Americans never delivered, because the relationship between Pakistan and America is a transactional relationship and not friendship.

It also explains why Pakistan is in the state it is today, and how reality is different from the way people perceive it, and why it is so.

Basically its about the huge difference that exists between the belief of Pakistanis and the reality.

1. for expectation part i guess more than our public these very politicians are responsible.


2. Since public is more interested in solving their own petty issues and in earning bred for their families they dont care what US does for us or what not. But surely we all feel the consequences of US wrong policies affecting our lives too.


3. What reality is we all know and its not that what these politicians cum speakers think of us. They think the electorate is a fool but we are not.

4. There is a very thin line between reality and our understanding and trust me our understanding is NOT as obscured as these people on talk shows present

This talk show got telecast immediately one week after obama's visit to india.So this kind of theme of doom and gloom was quite expected in it.Since then lot of water has flown down the Indus and Ganges like those of chines priemer visit,russian priemer visit etc.Strategically and diplomatically pakistan has lot many Aces up its sleeves to undermine usa /NATO/india in the region.usa will go along pakistan plan and india will be the one left holding the empty bowl of strategic/diplomatic defeats.

Even I can go to some National channel and say the same thing, but still we cant do anything because politicians are puppets of USA, and like Jana said, we people are more busy earning bread, so we dont really care, USA have a very strong influence in Pakistani Government, like I said before, if they want Musharaf can take his seat back anytime,

like US Ambassador said, "Zardari is more Loyal to America then Americans themselves"

And that is a reason why we call him a "dog", because they are very loyal to there masters, though we keep on forgetting, that we are insulting dogs on daily bases

Well said by Riaz Khokhar that we quickly compromised with matter and decision, that’s’ right because this is history of our top officials that they rushed to visual interests & words but think thoroughly before making any decision. Not in interests of nation but self interests.

PPP ever clarify that they are on Path of Zulfeqar Ali Bhutto but why they are forgetting that this was Bhutto government’s effective foreign campaign in UN (Kashmir violations) & India fail to get temporary seat in UNSC and what did current government? India got temporary seat of UNSC & heading the commission over terrorism & more over dreams over permanent seat in UNSC & Sherin Rehman blaming over stars!

Very interesting, when Riaz khokhar argued that Pakistan is used by USA. Someone has to ask him that who forced you not to be used? God gave mind to think! If they can’t think over this who are responsible for our policy then who will think about it? A shop keeper?

More over when he said that we have not looked for expectation from USA. It means find way out and make new resources to compete expectations. It is not god giving order that we have to paste with USA.

Interesting dialogs from Sherin Rehman that we haven’t high level think tanks, forums and good level education & we are behind India to support think tanks or political study departments in foreign countries(USA, UK, EU).

Funny, where our more than 40 % revenue spend? More than 50% international aids?
Just cut over extra expenditures of government, reduce to buy helicopters, bulletproof cars, useless construction of luxury government lodges, & many other and spend this money over education, think tanks, forums, business, universities of international studies, construct own political analysis centers in country & out country with collaboration of foreign centers, but our government is busy only to spent on money over actresses & nights or enjoying casino & clubs in foreign visits.
