Pakistan should put up a request to the Security Council after India blatantly violated this article.

Resolution adopted by the General Assembly
[Adopted without a vote on a Report from the Sixth Committee]
3314 (XXIX). Definition of Aggression

Article 1
Aggression is the use of armed force by a State against the sovereignty, territorial integrity or political independence of another State, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Charter of the United Nations, as set out in this Definition.

Explanatory note: In this Definition the term "State":

  1. (a) Is used without prejudice to questions of recognition or to whether a State is a member of the United Nations;
    (b) Includes the concept of a "group of States" where appropriate.
Article 2
The First use of armed force by a State in contravention of the Charter shall constitute prima facie evidence of an act of aggression although the Security Council may, in conformity with the Charter, conclude that a determination that an act of aggression has been committed would not be justified in the light of other relevant circumstances, including the fact that the acts concerned or their consequences are not of sufficient gravity.

Article 3
Any of the following acts, regardless of a declaration of war, shall, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of article 2, qualify as an act of aggression:

  1. (a) The invasion or attack by the armed forces of a State of the territory of another State, or any military occupation, however temporary, resulting from such invasion or attack, or any annexation by the use of force of the territory of another State or part thereof,

  1. (b) Bombardment by the armed forces of a State against the territory of another State or the use of any weapons by a State against the territory of another State;

    (c) The blockade of the ports or coasts of a State by the armed forces of another State;

    (d) An attack by the armed forces of a State on the land, sea or air forces, or marine and air fleets of another State;

    (e) The use of armed forces of one State which are within the territory of another State with the agreement of the receiving State, in contravention of the conditions provided for in the agreement or any extension of their presence in such territory beyond the termination of the agreement;

    (f) The action of a State in allowing its territory, which it has placed at the disposal of another State, to be used by that other State for perpetrating an act of aggression against a third State;

    (g) The sending by or on behalf of a State of armed bands, groups, irregulars or mercenaries, which carry out acts of armed force against another State of such gravity as to amount to the acts listed above, or its substantial involvement therein.

It doesn't matter if they go to UN because UN won't do anything.

And either way the only language Indians understand is the language of war. They don't want peace they only want war.

no need to go to useless organizations a befitting response has already been given to Indians and they will not dare to play these games again if they have little sense and professionalism left.

Fvck the UN. A bunch of politically motivated jerks controlled by the USA.

There is only one kind of justice in this world. Ask Syrians, Iraqis, Kashmiris and all other victims. That is the power of the strongest. We did well. We spanked India and the gang is now up in arms. They are in disbelief. They are stunned.

Show everyone a middle finger and take control of your own security and interests. No one is coming to help anyone. You can only help yourself. We did that by downing the Indian fighters and capturing their pilots. That is real power. Everything else is cheap talk.

they aint gonna do squat
the International community is currently dead
Pakistan will have to handle all of this herself

(c) The blockade of the ports or coasts of a State by the armed forces of another State;
So their option of using their navy to blockade is also out option than. I hope our gov goes on full savage diplomatic onslaught now come on IK & SMQ!!!

we need to be sensible if they listen with few slaps then why punching. we always been consider the one who play smartly needs to keep this way. they will never forget 2 aircraft and now will start begging their another monkey.

Weak nations go to UN or ask for other nations to mediate for them. Strong nations don't give a damn what others would say and do what they want to do. e.g. Saudi Arabia in Yemen, Israel, Turkey etc.

Pakistan should make all the diplomatic efforts available at hand to give peace a chance in the region.

The territorial integrity of a sovereign nuclear armed country is not something to joke around with and any escalation further than what we have already witnessed would mean a world conflict and not alone just regional conflict.

The mirage of regional hegemony through military means which Pakistan's neighbour is wet dreaming for is a massive miscalculation. Peace should not always have to come at the cost of war.
