This is no big deal Inidan police spies on every pakistani who visits India and they record their every movement
pakistani's dont even bother if there is some Indian visitor in their neighbourhood

Actually It's human nature, that when you are attacked 4 times by the same person, it's obvious you'll keep an eye on him so that he doesn't do that again. Duh....
