Picture Comments

Sorry to bring this up again but, could we please have the ability to comment on pictures again? I really like posting comments on other images and getting feedback on my own. Without any comments, it feels as if no one pays really paying attention to the quality of the picture and its contents. If this is not possible, could we have the ability to rate them at the least?

There were a lot of immature comments when we turned it on. I will turn it on hopefully bad comments dont return.
