Thanks for clarifying that part though...:)

Some Pakistanis told me that Azad Kashmir is actually "Azad" and they are not part of Pakistan..rather an "Azad" entity.

So I see the the odds are stacked against the Indians in a referendum/plebiscite unless we even the odds by giving Indians from rest of India a time frame of 65 years to settle in Kashmir if they wanted to.

Azad means Azad from you lot, not from Pakistan.

No Kashmiri I have met regards himself not a part of Pakistan. And I have met a whole lot of Kashmiris, probably more than you!

Lol imagine if India lets people from other state to buy property and settle down in Jammu and Kashmir:rofl:

Kashmir problem will be sorted within a year. And then we can go for that plebiscite ;)

Not necessarily, there is always a possibility of destabilization to spillover into neighboring regions.

If these groups go beyond GOP control, it complicates the Kashmir resolution process for both India and Pakistan.

Also note it complicates Chinese interests there

Spillover beyond the heavily guarded LOC ? Nah.

Unlike in P-O-K the Army and J&K police are there to protect the Shia's in case any any Wahhabi tries to do mischief here.

Then why does AK has it's own Prime Minister and it's own flag ???:azn:
This makes AK independent of pakistan.

Had it been independent, we would have required a visa to go there!!! And it would have been a country, with t's own constitution, and laws, and currency and all that.

But Azad Kashmir is a part of Pakistan, the having a different PM is a long story. Got some stuff to do now, will explain it later if you still need it!

Actually , you need to research before posting ... Aksai Chin is the name of the part of Ladakh that you lost to China in 1962 ... Feel free to google and enlighten yourself ...

Dont have no hope of getting it in your favor at the moment ? :azn: Shows the true face and hypocrisy of Indians ... And you need to research how many people from the rest of Pakistan have settled in Northern Areas or Azad Kashmir ... The demographics haven't even changed slightly ...

The difference is that Kashmir Valley is affected by violence almost 365 / 12 whilst its just a temporary order in GB which will be lifted after some time ... The Indians response is amusing to say the atleast ... Because worst happens in their administered Kashmir on a daily basis ... Human rights violation by IA and such !

It affected only when some paid stone pelters become active or some LeT terrorist cross border ...

On any normal day Kashmir is one of best tourism spot in India

But again the difference is that in GB the shoot on sight order is against miscreants who try to fuel trouble and hatred between two big sects of Islam while in occupied Kashmir it is more directed towards protesters who demand freedom from occupiers.
