Did you miss some step? I just ruined a liter of milk, and other stuff proportionately.
Do you fry semolina before soaking in milk?

- mix milk and semolina and let it sit for half hour
- cook Sugar in ghee and keep stirring make sure it doesnt get burn
**the color you get is from cooking sugar in ghee, more you cook before you put Semilina mix in it the darker the color gets.
- put Semilina mix in the mixture and keep cooking, you need constant stirring so it will burn.
- once you see the halwa is releasing oil, its perfectly cooked. more you cook darker color you will get, In my area people like it darker.

a better form of this halwa is called Sabooni Halwa, Has anyone ever heard of it??

This region needs to be declared a separate province. It is huge in terms of population and needs to be out of Punjab government's control to break the monopoly of presents rulers as there are almost a 100% more national assembly seats in the existing Punjab which is double the number of national assembly seats from any other province. If they keep winning from existing Punjab they can easily form federal government. It also doesn't get as much importance when it comes to development and basic necessities of life.

New administrative province is the need of hour in Pakistan...

Fort Munro

Fort Munro, also known as Tuman Leghari, is beautiful hill station in the Sulaiman Mountain Range in Southern Punjab at an altitude of 6,470 feet above sea level, in Dera Ghazi Khan. It is located at the distance of 85 km from Dera Ghazi Khan city on Quetta Road. It is favourite spot in summary due to its cool and pleasant atmosphere.

There is chairlift and cable car to attract more tourist in this area, between Fort Munro and Khar.
