Must like i theorized many years ago, its seems the TEK-ER Standard future soldier modernization is a long term project where certain neccesary products will be bought slowly through the course of several years. First the army received new standard camouflage, then new helmets, followed by new battle rifles with many different types of weapons applications and so on.
