This project, if executed, will take years to complete. So we might as well do it step by step, starting with sections that are considered free of security issues.

The only thing I see wrong with the map is that China does not want access to Karachi.


Karachi is the biggest city.

Th moment they come to havalian they are connected with Karachi. Bhai rail Kay kantay aur patrian tabdeel ho sakti hain.

A Direct Train route to China from Gwader is not feasible , if a Train track is constructed , it will have to go through some parts of sindh & Punjab & then NWFP and then China.

Yes this is more logical, the line drawn on map can't be the route cause most of the area it is passing through is very difficult and mountainous.

The U.S. wouldn't be too happy with this plan, lol.

They would also like it once there is peace in Afghanistan and who knows there is requirement of some other port also. It's matter of few years interests will be totally different.
