Report came after the probe into
November 25 U.S. Air Force strike
that killed 24 Pakistani soldiers
Taliban insurgents may be receiving
weapons, ammunition and combat
equipment from elements in the
Pakistan army, a report by the United
States military has suggested.
Early-morning patrols on November 26
by Afghan and U.S. troops at Maya
village in KhasKonar district, east of
Kabul, led to the recovery of an
estimated 3,000 rounds of Pakistan
military-issue rifle rounds packed into
bandoleers, two Pakistan military-
issue binoculars, and multiple sets of
salwar-kameez clothing made from
Pakistan military uniforms, the report
states.
The report, authored by Brigadier-General Stephen Clark, was produced
after an investigation into the
November 25 U.S. Air Force (USAF)
strike, which led to the deaths of 24
Pakistani soldiers and plunged the
troubled relationship between the two
countries to an all-time low.
The report, the full text of which was
released by December-end, focuses
mainly on the circumstances that led
to the air strike.
It also casts light, though, on the deep
suspicions the Afghan and U.S. troops harbour on the intentions and affiliations of their ostensible allies across the border in Pakistan.

it proves nothing , if the Taliban can get heavy military guns, mortars rocket, RPGs strangely similar to the decomissioned weapons used by Indians during the the cold war and identical to the Russian weapons given to India on several occasions and these are supposedly not supplied by the Indians then how can we assume that just because of weapons the Taliban are being supported by the Pak Army etc......

Very trustworthy source... quoting sour grapes.
Not understanding that equipment lost in ambushes is also KEPT.

i have to agree with you on that point , for instance the Maoist have been found to be using weapons issued to the CRPF , now obviously they did not get them from the CRPF . they got them in ambushes and attacks against the paramilitary forces. :)

Even Taliban use American equipment.

It could be very well true that ISI is providing the Taliban those weapons to get revenge from USA for the airstrike that killed 26 Pakistani Soldiers. In all common sense, why is it so hard to believe that there is a possibility that this could be true? No?

It does prove one thing that USA banday ka puter nahi banne ka.. and it is not looking to resolve matters with Pakistan. That also implies that situation in Afghanistan is going to turn in the favour of Pakistan sooner than Pakistan has expected. Its a good indication mate.

We do not know whether Pakistan actually gave weapons to Taliban. But what is wrong with giving weapons to Taliban if it is in best strategic interest of Pakistan and since the "Taliban is not America's enemy"?

So looks like we have more words from the US and no proof to support those words - yet again. Making up lies and conspiracy theories again.

i think your eyes are closed and you dont want to open them... your Brave US army needs diaper for fight.. :) and its just a blame game they are playing with Pakistan.
Pakistan rejected NATO investigations and proved that US killed 24 army personal on purpose.

Please tell your people in pentagon that please come up with something more sensible , as everyone in this world is laughing on you..

Brave Americans need diapers to fight

I Beg to Differ !! there have been Instances where CRPF Jawan's have been Caught Red Handed Selling Weapons to Maoist's which exposed a nexus between Some jawan's and Maoists.Same can be Applied to this case

Having weapons made from here and there doesn't prove a squat.

There must be pattern, method, continuity of supplies of arm caches, then it might a case to ponder.
