Well Russia definitely needs to upgrade its military.

But despite these shortcomings, it is still a power that no one in their right mind would dare to meddle with.

Name me one country that would have such suicidal tendencies. Not even NATO as a combined alliance could think of it.

They had war experience too...even more as they fought between the 1st and 2nd world wars.
