The Supreme Court of Pakistan has adjourned the hearing of Reko Dik mining project.
The counsel of TTP (a foreign mining company) argued that Pakistan Government is not capable to run commercial projects. He gives the examples of Pakistan International Airlines , Pakistan Steel Mills and Sandak Mining Project. He warned that the canceling of agreement between TTP and Balochistan Government will result in the distrust of Foreign Investors on Pakistan.
The Honourable Chief Justice Mr. Chaudry observed that Foreign Investors should obey Pakistani Constitution and laws.
