This is the village where population of peacocks is more than the human count
Patdi, Gujarat: It is a well known fact that the national bird peacock is of timid and mild nature. Due to this, peacocks don’t feel safe in presence of human beings around. But there is a village where peacocks not only roam freely around people but also peck grain from their hands.
Meanwhile,the villagers also take extensive steps for convenience and protection of the national bird. This is the reason that the population of peacocks in this village is 900, which is more than the human population, that is 800.
The villagers have formed a group of young people which makes sure that no one is causing any kind of harm to the peacocks.
