I think you can open a thread in Members club or in Turkey's section and ask mods to make it sticky, I have seen same kind of thread in Iran section where they talk in Farsi about Iranian politics

We had a turkish discussion thread and don't ask me how much trouble it gave me

I have lost 50% of my hair because of the nonsense they used to write in Turkish. We used to receive dozens of reported posts each day and it was very hard to find out the trouble-maker due to language barriers.

No sorry that isn't going to happen. This is an English language forum and whatever you want to say, please say in English so that I/we don't have to use the language translator to moderate threads
