Bottomline is that this flight is good for optics but HAL has let India down by taking its own time in developing the lca and during that time the IAF requirements have obviously changed.
Except for isro and dmrc , all other state organisations like IR , drdo , hal, IA, have underperformed and are sarkari in the true sense. IR is best amongst the lot but thats not saying much.

I didn't know USAF showing interest in Tejas will be considered some sort of insult, OK - Chief is interested to see the Hindigenous parts of Tejas of course other than Trailer.

It's obvious that you don't stay current with news or you cannot comprehend defense deals. He was here to pitch the F-16s but we gave him a joy ride on the LCA. I think the intention from our side was clear. Why will he say anything about the LCA when his task was to try and sell an aircraft similar to the LCA.

Do not tell me those logic,tell it to your own people,as you claim you stay current with news,you should know indians did not flood it here for just advertising HAL-T,rather than they did it thinking USAF chief's flying it is a compliment to state of art tech(according to your people) HAL-T,don't you agree?
As now you do understand US has it's ow agenda rather than wasting time complimenting your state of art tech,you should educate your own people so they don't start laying comments here thinking other's are super duper jealous of it.What say?
