Arjun tanks deployed at jaisalmer border with pakistan

So are your brains!

And on topic

I think thatArjun can have a laterally sloped armour instead of a forward slope...but there will be a compromise in spae inside the turret.

Space is not the reason arjun's armour is not sloped. The armour consists of ceramic layers. They're not effective when sloped

They are a ceramic-composite sandwiched armour. Why do you think it would be ineffective? the main principle of sloped armour is not only to deflect bulets but to increase the armour thickness without any addition to the total weight of the tank on the whole.

The honey comb structure inbetween that forms the support of rolled homogenous armour. So I think that sloping it will give it more protection.

weapon accuracy is the key decisive feature of Arjun MBT , trully justifying the significance of it's name....

when Arjun fires , it will hit..

as Arjun is in service now it means it is not a failed tank. i wanna see faces of trolls now!

arjun at pakistan border? time to eat some food , al khalid.
Sambhal ke varna pet kharab ho jayega.... .

I think now they sould think about exports until mk2 gets ready for production.

I dont think exports orders will be given or accepted for a new tank. Next 2-3 years will be critical for Arjun, performance will be observed carefully. Domestic & export orders will depend on it

I am glad Arjun has finally made :yahoo: Now please hang in there

If it is good news for India and its army then why are some of your indians acting childesh with hate and bashing Pakistan and al khalid? show some class or is that the low class jerks u are...
