Pakistan to Test Long Range Missile- Informs India

Now the result of Game will be decided by Missile resistant systems as everybody have the missiles. Can anybody give proper analysis of anti missile programmes of India and Pakistan. Is India including Patriot system as a missile deterrent in their armory?

We did not opt for patriot missiles. I would love to see S-400 rather then.

I contacted a journo in a Chennai based newspaper,he told me that airlines has been informed by MEA through DGCA about a Shaheen-2 missile test by Pakistan.

Why would Pakistan test Shaheen-2, when it is already in service?

Shaheen 2 was tested in 2004 and has a range of 2500-3000km ... also according to a defence expert Usman Siddique Sidhu a multiple independently targeted re-entry vehicle (MIRV) warhead system which may be first fielded on the Shaheen-II is under development...?

an upgraded shaheen 2 is the most wise selection as it covers india but not 'other' countries .. at the same time we would be able to test the modifications -- shahhen2 was first tested in 2004 ,i reckon its first upgraded version /retest was tested later

Even IF (big if) Pakistan does conduct a 'long-range' missile test , I believe that it would be to cover whole of the Middle-East.

Nobody has the success rate of Pakistan when comes to missile or any other weapon systems test .
