What's new

Metro creates Traffic jams in Lahore !

Its good that Lahore is developing infrastructure for BRTS and just 7 crossings is nothing once traffic signals are installed but can someone clear some doubts?
If I read it correctly, the reports say the service has some 115 buses and will carry 1,00,000 passengers daily. This is a very small number for a city of 1 crore.
So does that mean
that this is just initial phase and the number of buses are going to be increased
that this route is just a part of larger bus network of the city?

time to focus on other cities !

Absolutely.

Let's focus on positive news from Pakistan.

Lt's learn a bit from Indians to be positive about our country

Can we do that?

Taking cheap shots against each other is not going to help anyone.

Bring up IK's positive work even when others throw $hit on him.

Be positive about Pakistan. Man be positive.

Thank you

Good initiative, but the program was completed too hastily. It solved some problems but created new ones and poor planning is to blame.

But the plus side is that at least now the government can start generating some money instead of losing it all to private bus-owners.

I am hoping to see a better transport system in Karachi too like a true metro system.

Very good analysis.

Thank you my good man. Thank you.

And yes

We must have a better system for Karachi.

I am hoping IK wins from Karachi and does something positive.
