I agree Muslims dont act on sayings of Islam...but those who vilate the rules are not Muslims. Like this is he rule if u kill Muslim ur taken out of the Islam.
But this there is no rule says that U dont pray Namaz ur taken out if the Islam but yes punishment would be there for not offering for NAMAZ.

The answer is simple. Allah is the God. I think that defines it all and we are His creatures who have to accept Allah's will no matter what we have to do.
