advantages Of Creation Of Bangladesh To Pakistan

A conservative estimate places Maratha losses at 35,000 on the Panipat battlefield itself, and another 10,000 or more in surrounding areas. The Afgans are thought to have lost some 30,000.

lol 30k, compared to 35k. If Marathas didnt pissed off rajputs and sikhs but made ties with them, they wud have kicked afghans rear end more fiercely! Also they were fighting in unfamiliar land of North India, afghan mercenaries of Mughal took quite a beating when they tried to venture into South India.

Perhaps you need to go back to school and get better history lessons, or maybe in india they only teach you about "super power india".

lol, enlighten me genius, which Afghan empire ruled India. Sher Shah had a short tenure but his army was mainly made of East Indians.

The Mauryas or the Pala never ruled over the Pashtuns. unlike today, during the ancient times there was no real borders and population was so sparse and there was barely any people to people contact, wherever one empires territory ended, another empires territory began disregarding the fact that there were other people inhabiting that land. Perhaps if the mauryas or the "pala" launched a few military expeditions into the land today known as Afghanistan they'd probably would've known what they were dealing with and where the real boundaries of their empire ended.

BS. Pashtuns just didnt drop off the sky one fine day. All Budhhist and other Dharmic sect relics in present day Afghanistan points to wide influence of Budhhist Indian empires.

Wrong, not all Pashtuns were budhists, most of them were budhists, but a few tribes were also Jews, Particularly the Yousafzai Pashtuns.

you seem to be a confused, 1,000 years of Muslims rule plus british rule has really brought you people into a state of inferiority complex and identity crises.

You asked which battle of Panipat? It was the same battle of Panipat in which all the Muslims of central Asia, Iran and Afghanistan came together to slaughter the armies of your ancestors.

Those Muslims were Indians/assimilated into India, thats what matter for me. You people have been ruled by Persian, Greeks, Central Asians, Soviets and now pawn to Punjabi dominated Pakistan. Yeah nobody stayed there because why would anyone want to stay in those fruitless rugged mountains with no resource/wealth whatsoever! :s

Stop worrying about my ancestors, your ancestors were first to be slaughtered by invading forces. Even five generation down the line, people from your place probably will remember the current onslaught that is going on you, in a same way.

Lodhi Dynasty(incompetent though.)

Khilji dynasty(Turko-Afghan)

Mostly confined to north west India. Never had a foothold on South and East India.

yeah Pashtuns were mostly tribal pagans, Islam showed them the way.

Now even without Bangladesh which according to article would been a huge liability for Pakistan, Pakistan has been nothing more than failure where as Bangladesh even with all its so called Shortcoming achieved a lot.

Reunion would not be bad but would be more painful for BD.

lol 30k, compared to 35k

ad 10,000 more casualites to the 35k and you get 45k casualites on the Maratha side.

Your really good at making me laugh:rofl:! The Afghans were engaging the sikhs, marathas, and rajputs all at the same time and yet they were such a huge headache for the marathas. After panipat the marathas were no longer a powerful entity and weren't considered a threat by the brits, sikhs, and rajputs.

Also they were fighting in unfamiliar land of North India, afghan mercenaries of Mughal took quite a beating when they tried to venture into South India.

Afghans were never interested in further expeditions in india, after Ahmad Shah Durrani captured whole of punjab and sindh he began to plan an invasion of western China in order to prevent Qing expansion into Ughiur land.

The battle of Panipat produced disastrous consequences for the Marathas and seriously deflected the course of Maratha imperialism. Besides immense losses in men and money, the moral effect of the defeat at Panipat was even greater. After this victory, Ahmad Shah Abdali departed from India towards the close of AD 1762.

Though Ahmad Shah Abdali had to return hurriedly from India, his invasions affected the history of India in several ways. Firstly, it accelerated the dismemberment of the tottering Mughul Empire. Secondly, it offered a serious check to the rapidly spreading Maratha imperialism.

There are no such advantages in making of Bangladesh to Pakistan Bangladesh would have played key role in Kashmir more than Afghanistan is playing right now cause than India was surrounded by 4 sides Pakistan China Kashmir and Bangladesh and India would have been forced to let go Kashmir I can carry my points on and on but for fools like u who have no knowledge of what they are talking about its a waste of time to talk to you
