@Mosamania
going by what i see on television and internet,i feel eventhough saudi arabia follows sharia very strictly it is not a society of fundamentalists.the only 3 islamic countries i like are turkey, malaysia and saudi(i know malaysia and turkey are secular).these countries have a very clean image of not supporting terrorism at any level.very few people know that osama was kicked out of saudi.people have this misconception tht saudis are terrorists bcoz osama was from saudi.

Afghans protest killings of Shias in Pakistan

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - A group of Afghan activists have thronged outside the UN office in the capital Kabul to protest against Shia killings in the town of Hazara, near the city of Quetta in southwestern Pakistan.

At least 10 protesters, belonging to Shia Hazara community started hunger strike in front of UN compound on Tuesday, demanding the Pakistani government to put an end to the violence against Shia Muslims in the neighboring country.

A bloody bomb attack on a vegetable market in the town of Hazara on Saturday claimed the lives of at least 89 Shia Muslims and injured 200 others.

The violent slaughter of Pakistani Shias provoked massive protests across Pakistan and other countries with demonstrators calling on Islamabad to find the perpetrators of the attack and secure a better protection for the Shia community in the country.

Families of the victims, meanwhile, have refused to bury the bodies of the victims in protest against the government’s inaction against terrorist groups.

This is while, Pakistan has arrested seven suspects in connection with the bomb attack.

In a similar attack on January 10, a twin bomb explosion at a crowded billiard hall killed more than 90 people, mostly Shia Muslims, in Quetta, which is the capital of Balochistan province. Lashkar-e-Jhangvi said it carried out the bombing.

Shias make up about 20 percent of Pakistan’s population of over 180 million.

Additional IG Mushtaq Sukhera who helped PML-N in making an alliance with ASJW (Malik Ishaq and Co) for next elections is posted as IG Balochistan. Due to his efforts PML-N told him that he will be rewarded IG Balochistan post last month. Is it a weird coincidence that exactly after one month due to circumstances he is posted IG balochistan?

i check news everyday it's hard to find day/week without any terror attack in pak , pak is moving towards self-destruction , war-ground transfered from afgstan to pak . taliban is like a chicken for pak if they catch it bites if they don't it runs......... .

In 2003 Al-Qaeda launched a gruesom battle called it "Purification of Arabia battle" of which a very tense and gruesome 3 years followed, during these years Special Operations units were carrying out operations against them systemically, GIP, SWAT, and Navy Seals conducted operations against them that resulted in many terrorists killed and captured and effectively broken Al-Qaeda's back in Arabian Peninsula and forced them to run away into the safety of lawless areas of Yemen.

To think after all these operations and the brave men we lost fighting them "Is just an act" as many people here claim is beyond sticking. And further more than we are supporting them despite them launching a war against us is laughable beyond compare.

Fighting them of course does not just mean hitting them with bullets, we realize that the original and most fundamental fight is a fight against Ideology, and so we fought and currently are fighting this ideology with a counter ideology, a progressive, moderate ideology. And that is where the real battle is taking place.

And then people shamelessly say we propagate the very ideology we are at bitter lock heads against?? These people are just devoid of both reason and common sense. But then again, hate is blinding, and as we say "The haters eyes on,y brings out what it likes to see".

its our own mess
blaming Iran and Saudis is a very lazy explanation. the blame is lack of respect for the law and lack of fear from the state
no person living in KSA will ever dare to challenge the Kingdom, bless the Saudis that they have been very indiscriminate in dealing with the trouble makers be it the siege of Grand Mosque or dealing with Al Qaeda and other insurgents.

people need to be reminded who owns the biggest whip and the boot. here we got too many chiefs in the village.
no Saudi has to take a blame or feel bad about what is happening in Pakistan. just like no Muslim should take the blame for what Al Qaeda is doing.

yes the extremists have used the Books of Ibn Tahmiyah and Abdul Wahab to justify their violence but its the same people who didnt even care about the sanctity of Ka'ba.

we have two issues

confused people who are looking for an alternate leadership and they get misguided by Al Qaeda and Taliban and then we got corrupt leadership , none of that can be blamed on Saudis or Iranians or Americans but us who are willing to be misguided like Qabil and are not steadfast like Ibraham a.s and throw few stones at the satan.

may the dead rest in piece, I know most of us have different sects but from humanitarian point of view any decent human being will be shocked to see the carnage.

may the souls of the innocent rest in peace.
may Allah Grant us honest leadership with courage like KSA to deal with these Takfiri terrorists
Amen

these attacks won't stop , minority non-Muslims in pak are in way to vanish now they need new enemy and it's Hazara now (not shia) after hazara it will be shia then it will be mujahirs , then it will be sindhis , punjabis, etc.... hatemonger is been part of islamic culture which start with hating non-Muslims end at complete sharia rule which is self destruction.

to be honest saudis success is partly also bcoz ppl there are rich as it is blessed with rich petroleum oils.It would have been an interesting scenario to imagine what wld have happened if it was not that rich.countries like afghanistan, pak which are poor have plenty of ppl ready to die hoping tht atleast afterlife may bring some joy.all said and done considering the tribal history of saudi ,the peaceful status there is really laudable.

hate mongeriing is part of Al Qaeda ideology. therefore I will reject your weak and unqualified statement. if what you say was true then Hindus wont be going to KSA and UAE for jobs and better life.

when a culprit sees that he can get away with his actions in the civilised society then he does some heinous things and continues to do so whatever faith he has got little to no relevance because he will use anything be it Bible or Quran or anything to justify his crime.

do read up what was inquisition and what did Templar Knights did during the crusades. they murdered and persecuted both Jews and Muslims alike. and also do check out what the Protestants and Catholics did in Europe to each other and also what they are doing to each other in Ireland

think before you write next time if you are not here just to cause a flame war and offend us
