Both Japan & India ain't got nothing on China, USA is "da big devil". Why go after the F-35 if you can can defeat it anyway with an F-22 class fighter. Same logic, got USA by the balls = quiet Japan and silent India.

Not happening, unfortunately China will not be able to become the kind of superpower USA was, for some of basic mistakes it has made.

It is important that you don't make others threatened by your growth so that they do not make decision's that otherwise they would have not made.

E.g. India and Japan both feel threatened and will hence move towards some king of join strategy.

It is also imporatnt to have some important friends who will appreciate your rise to superpower, important friends means friends who can play important role in world politics. If these friends feel your rise in their interest, they will help you get there, this was case with USA where entire Europe, Israel, Australia, North America and Japan backed it and keeps backing it. They felt a strong USA is good for them. In comparision, China has North Korea, Pakistan etc.

Both nations are heavily dependent on China and minus Pakistan's access to CAR they have nothing much to offer.

unlike the US where the army has to trick low IQ ghetto thugs to join the army (and you can see from the discipline of the US army where they came from) China has to reject 90% of applicants because there are far too many volunteers.

In the USAF, the aircrafts are maintained by high school graduates after one or two years of on-the-job training. I fervently do hope that the J-20 require ONLY college graduates to keep it flying...

oh you underestimate how much the chinese hates the japanese. from first grade the kids were thought of the invasion of china by japan in ww2 and stories about war heros who fought against the japanese.

if there were a poll of what chinese people thinks about japan, it would be like 99% dislike.

War with India: no

99% of Chinese, for good or bad, don't think india threatens us in any significant way.

But you still have to watch out. True that some indians are changing, they are not as hateful toward Chinese as it used to be. However, most indians still hold prejeduce against us Chinese, we have to take that into account.
