What's new

China Second lowest in Asia-Pacific in English Proficiency.

Both Hindi and English but only few people can speak English in India. Most of the people only learn workable Hindi or sometime uses 2-3 languages to communicate. In India we have deep love for our mother tongues that's why we have 22 official languages.

English don't have official language status in India although it is used by Central government.

Can you prove this.

The fact that we don't know English is proof that we were never colonised by the British like India was.

I'm actually proud we weren't FORCED to learn the language of the Anglo-Saxon.

We can learn it if we want to, it's our choice.
But Indians have no choice, they are forced to learn English or else they will be punished.

Unfortunately you are correct. English is forced upon us by some indians
