It is good news. And I can see why India is so bothered by this news. But the reality is the stronger one gets things done! If India signed a deal with Vietnam to develop oil platform in South China Sea it would bring the same 'effects' on Chinese side. However, sadly India does not have financial, technological capability and long term strategic vision to achieve that!
