India need to get more satellites coverage, sensors and vigilance on LOC/border so that they can cut these leaches into peaces as soon as they step foot on Indian land. .It is true human life was thought of more dispensable in the times of romans and greeks and much before which was offset by the faith of dining with the gods in Valhalla or other such mythological places like heaven. This same faith structure is prevalent in south east asia where human life lost is thought of doing something better than they are doing now cause of extreme poverty in the "majority".
