G20 Summit: US, India, UAE, Saudi to finalise Middle-East shipping, railway deal

Israel has the smartest ppl. Something I like about Israel. Arabs are dumb **** as usual lol.
That was uncalled for. You are not winning popularity contest here with that.

well it’s true. Arabs signed up for a project with biggest benefits will go to Israel lol. This project is to undermine Egypt and turkey and use Israel as bridge between Asia and Europe.

We don’t know if this will materialize but this if it does Israel will get biggest benefit.

It's no use for Egypt to join.

Because the alternative route is to challenge Suez Canal.
Not to challenge, but supplement or provide an alternate route to Suez canal. As the India and ASEAN grows in future, the traffic for Suez will increase and touch its capacity, hence an alternative can be a financially viable solution & definitely geo-economically viable !!

Ah yes, supplement, that is the correct word.

No wonder Eleven did not turn up... Hehehe..

Dubai to Haifa via dedicated freight Corridor.. Brilliant idea. Will save lots of time and cost.

No Egypt? It is surprising that Egypt is not among the signatories.

External sources report that the European connection will be the port of Haifa. Israeli PM Netanyahu even said it himself.

Pakistan's land based train freight trade corridor via Iran and Turkey is soo much better.

The freight train travelled almost 13 days between Pakistan and Turkey saving time and costs compared to sea transport which take 35 days. The train departed from Islamabad railway station on December 21 and travelled across 5,981 km of rail lines of which 1,990 km in Pakistan, 2,603 km in Iran and 1,388 km in Turkey

This new India "trade corridor" is the best shitty attempt at one given that there is no other option available to them. With the embarking/de-embarking of goods, it makes this route expensive, and very slow and in reality represents strategic failure for India's attempt to overcome CPEC and the BRI ...

( Also China has access to this same land corridor via Pakistan/CPEC if it wants to or needs to use it ).
