India is buying S400 missiles to protect its land from being attacked by missiles fitted with nuclear weapons.

"It can detect and destroy targets flying as low as 100 feet to as high as 40,000 feet. These missiles can address multiple aerial threats, from combat jets to cruise missiles and air-launched smart bombs, and are resistant to electronic jamming".

USA has the best ABMs in the world....but was unable to stop the Iranian missile strikes a few months ago. SSM's have adapted to ABM's.

America never said it tried to intercept Iranian missiles. It is rather that it allowed Iran to make limited strike on its Iraqi assets to save Iran&s face after America killed its general.

Another natural wealth India is blessed with almost 1200+ islands..... Laksh Dweep group of islands, Andaman Nicobar archipelago which alone have around 600 islands and 100s of other inhabited islands in BOB and Arabian sea which are green with natural wealth.... These islands can be a source of fruits, vegetables too during nuclear attack on mainland.... Whereas Pakistan neither is as green and wild as India to get recovered faster from catastrophe nor it is rich with green islands.... Pakistan has only 12 islands which are very small and useless for human stay, they are so small that one can call them rocks in the ocean rather than an island....

Don't exaggerate. India gas 50% of the land as arable area which can be used for farming. Nuclear war or not, India will have farmlands for farming. When massive forest fires in Brazil and Australia together couldn't block sunlight, the nuclear smoke is nothing.

Actually I was mentioning other natural advantages of India to survive nuclear war better than Pakistan if theres an all out nuclear exchange....

Even in our neighbourhood Bangladesh, Myanmar, Sri Lanka these are again green wild countries and their close proximity to India help us further... however Pakistan next door neighbour in west again are deserted Afghanistan and Iran who don't have greenery comparable to even Pakistan....

-Pakistan is about 5.7 times the size of Bangladesh...and even if 45-50% of Pakistan is green, like whole of Punjab is Green(except for a very small area), KPK has large green area 22% forest area in the province, Sindh is about 65% green...so that makes Pakistan green area easily 3 times that of Bangladesh.

Only Balochistan looks barren from the Google earth but that province produces the largest amount of fruits in Pakistan of some varieties like apple, peach dry fruits, dates. FATA is about 28% green with big forests not explored.

So Pakistan green area overall is much bigger than total of Bangladesh and Srilanka.
Google maps doesn't gives the correct picture...need a closer look.

Nice green pictures of Islamabad, beautiful... however my friend it's just a city that might be greener in Asia... mostly look like man made and green mountains surrounding cannot be compared to evergreen forests in your east... Bangladesh in spite of being small is blessed with big natural evergreen forests such as sundarbans and chittagong hills tracks with variety of wildlife.... please read about the roles of evergreen rainforests in world survival system....Even small Sri Lanka have those....Pakistan doesn't have such forests... biggest forest you have is Changa Manga forest which is again planted man made forest....

Largest irrigation system I appreciate its best in world and hats off to Pakistan for this achievement but in case of nuclear war it may turn out to be a nightmare... imagine this irrigation system coming under nuclear attack will flood your whole arable land in a nuclear poisoned water...
