Can we stop insinuating things like that?
Generalizations like that are offensive to any country, put yourself in their shoes and the truth is, the rape cases are at par with any other place, its just become a symbolic issue for Rape cases everywhere.
Highlighting the cases is fine, condemnation should be strong. However blame the rapists, not the rest of the general public who are probably going to be the one who will eventually put an end to them.
Be kind folks. Nothing wrong in being a little kinder.
