Does Indian army inducting Shourya as canisterised weapon or as a silo based weapon?

Its not a question of one or the other...

It will be canisterised, but the strategy is to store some in underground silos near the Pak and Chinese borders.

So some will be road mobile while other will be hidden in silos, but all will be canisterised
