Iron Fist 2016 Air Force station, Jaisalmer---- pics and videos

@Tipu7 , good observation and grab man, forget the missiles , SU-30 and Jaguars missing targets with LGBs was really bad, specially as it was against stationery targets. It's claimed that with an LGB, you don't target a building but can chose a particular window of that building, In first Gulf War, we witnessed how these bombs were being directed down chimneys.
In a demo, it was shown how the LGB targets a dummy driver in a moving vehicle.

Exercises are done round the year by every Air force's pilots

That too without the Media glare

Pilots can iron out all their difficulties in due course of time

The pressure of So many VIP s watching got to the pilots

Just as cricketer makes a century one day and fails the next

Yup. I know. That's why I mentioned that they were ''stationary targets''
Precision of Laser Guided bomb depends upon pilot skill. To how much accurately he can drive the bob to its target.
Back in Gulf War, these bombs even entered in bomb proof bunkers of Saddam Hussain via Windows!
That's why the ''Skill'' of Indian pilots is to be blamed, not the bomb or seeker..............
Also do note that LCA, Igla, Osa........... all these three MISSED the flares........... and Mig29 got it.............
Indicate that ''seeker of missile'' is not to blame............. but the idiot shooting at it...............
Too bad............ the ''training'' and professional qualities are as low low it was in past. I was expecting that they must be equivalent to our pilots by now in training standard..................... after all ................ their Mig21s shot down USAF F16s and Su30 shot down RAF EFT................. you can make a guess what they are claiming and what might have happened.
(no wonder both American and British laugh at their backs) :D

The pressure of So many VIP s watching got to the pilots
If that the case....................
You should retire your entire pilot fleet in IAF...............
They cannot not take pressure of VIP presence.......... how will they survive infront of enemy pressure?

Just as cricketer makes a century one day and fails the next
Being pilot and being cricket is different thing.
Cricketer get new chance in every match to overcome their mistakes................ pilots receive direct ticket for after life for very first mistake in battlefield

So after excuses about malfunction in missile sensors and weather effecting the targeting laser, we now have the issue of VIPs.... well what you know, Mr Cohen has personally spoken to the disappointed pilots.
Is this the first time the pilots were engaged in such exercise, do you know when a pilot is on a mission....he's so focused or supposed to be focused on the target that he almost becomes oblivious to the enemy fire.
Last time when an SU-30 missed it's target altogether and had to abort, another fan boy was claiming that some Black Bucks were near the range so the pilot aborted.

Well now you know what do they mean, when Indians say they have to fight on two fronts,
1: Fight to learn how to engage aerial targets.
2: Learn how to laser paint and hit ground targets. :D

Using a real target aircraft which India has would be expensive and waste of public funds. So is the entire exercise.
Nothing really here aside for coordination of service men/women. But using a cheap extra bright flare is better than a pilotless target which can cost as much as a cruise missile at times. Should also be noted a lot of the bombs were dummy bombs and the explosions were set off by a explosion team.
Horse and phony show.

Don't ever make mistake of missing a target on your side,
Those bold words will come back at you...

@Windjammer @DESERT FIGHTER @Areesh @OverLoad @Zarvan @Jonah Arthur

Well people................... do consider the fact that in case of Indian Air Force

:hang2: '' Ladies and gentlemen, in real time war scenario the enemy aircraft is much bigger platform to take aim at. However, today the simulated target is just a flare. Which is a minuscule in comparison to the real target. Hence the missile hitting any where close to the flare has potential to destroy the enemy aircraft '' :hang3:

Here some precise strike by advance Munition by Indian Air force........................
(do note, they were stationary targets)

BS crap Your using A Particular Camera View And Making Up Stupid Claims Because Not Presence of Top View in Particular Shot

Listen To the Commentator Saying About LGB Successfully Hit the Target At a ground.
the Accuracy of LGB also depend on Weather and Warhead Weight

Su-30 Dropping Griffin LGB with Pin Point Accuracy in Previous Exercises Successfully

Now See LGB Dropping In Night Attack Mode

"in real time war scenario "

As For Pilot Skills of IAF Ask Departed Souls of PA Soliders at tiger hill:butcher:

What camera view?
every thing is front of your eyes..........
You cannot justify the ''miss'' in IronFist by posting old videos of them hitting the target :agree:
Rest, its really hard to digest some times, somethings :smokin:

Indian force is amateur, how it field against professional force like PLA and PAK. Tragedy.

In war there will be BIG Strike packages of IAF in every mission

If one misses a target ; the other will take it out
That's typical way you cheat yourself. Extremely low requirement.

I suggest you stop mess along the border for you good.

No we wont stop messing with You

Let us see what can you Do

Pilots are also professionals

Even if one has made a mistake he can Improve in just a FEW DAYS Time

What is the big deal about it

That is why Pilots keep practicing all round the year

These People are jumping as if they have WON Kashmir

@Windjammer

When your well Trained terrorists are shot as soon as they enter our territory
what do you say ; Just Bad luck ; and you send more

You neither abuse the terrorists nor the Trainers

Mistakes happen ; both in peace time exercises and war

No big deal

The key is to keep practicing and getting better

That is what professionals do

We don't even bother to attack amateur, or you will call us bully. According to your Amy's ability, I suggest you stop mess along the border for you good.
Why don't you go take a walk and breathe some fresh air outside? That would put some life into your.....whatever you have between your ears! :dirol:

Talking of ability, your own president Xi blasted the crap out of the PLA saying they better smarten up as their training is atrocious and general standard extremely poor and that they need to pull up their socks. He even told his generals to concentrate more on how to win the next war instead of indulging in corruption etc.

I'm not saying this. It's was your own Xi!!
