Motorways Opened for Heavy Bikes above 660cc by 15th December: IHC orders

But what i read from the documents, its a huge cumbersome list of things a Heavy Biker has to do before getting on the M2 Motorways. But it will be one of life time trip from Havelian to Karachi all on Motorway trip.

It's all worth it and will weed out a lot of immature riders.

Yeah would be nice to see that 150cc doing 60 in the overtaking lane only to be mowed down by a 4WD.
speed limit is 110 km/= it makes sense to allow 150cc too.... PS: some crash tested 150cc bikes should be allowed...

Wo drives at 110? That's right no one. 120-130 is the routine overtaking speed when the cops aren't looking.

The problem isn't speed its the driving method. People here change lanes as they are trying pants in a store. And they do so without looking in rearview mirror or giving an indication. Imagine a bike overtaking a car at 110 km/h and the car sudddenly switches the lane.

amazing courts! allow bikes and murder by kali wardi!

goood very good and the government should make more toll plazas on motorways and also have toll plazas in mega cities too

It is the NOT the job of a F* judge to decide who goes on the Motorways. It is the job of the government to make these decisions. And honestly, decision making in Pakistan has become a joke. Someone needs to put these corrupt judges out of business. But it wont happen since it is all part of the Corrupt Ruling Junta holding 200-million people of this country hostage - just like a blood sucking parasite.

What is the problem with Pakistani courts?

Why do they interfere in completely administrative matters while judiciary is at fault of not reforming it while claiming and proudly defending its independence.

Even if a government does make a decision, court overrules it.

Just look at how LHC allowed Sharif to go. Govt allowed with a condition which was the right move. But LHC overruled.

Even in the case of Sharif daughter, instead of turning down her application as it was completely upto to govt to remove name from ECL, LHC has directed govt to comply with its orders in 7 days.

When you see lawyer terrorism in Lahore and see that the future judges will be some of them, you know that hiding behind this 'independence', there is a culture of moral corruption.

Never see any Heavy Bikes on Pakistan's motorways. Where is the court order implementation. LoL.
