If you compare the national symbol on the wing you will see that is is not Pakistani but Indian. Maybe that helps convincing you.

Not only the positioning of the Roundels; but the underside of the PAF aircraft are painted in white, while the IAF ones are not.

these a/c need a engine and cockpit upgrade soon. engine is too noisy and a glass cockpit is direly needed.

I believe that depends on if the original designer has Glass Cockpit on offering, and if PAF has the funds to install it.

About engines, they are older turbo-fans, but i highly doubt if PAF will go about upgrading them, since Engines are expensive and these refuelers were quite used when PAF bought them,
