A Pakistani paper will not use the term Pakistan Occupied Kashmir even if the minister said it. Just like in PDF the term is automatically changed to Azad Kashmir. Try harder

As far as I know people of so called "Azad Kashmir" are happy with the "occupiers" and neither it has complete communication lock down.
