rofl, these landlocked countries cant do must except going with their colonist again

some central asian head said, that his countries biggest irony is being land locked, his country cant live without russia

Russian is not their colonist rather than savior...It is good for them to be part of Russian funded Model state for their economic development.

Yeah. In fact, if you see the declaration of USSR's dissolution, 95% of the countries didn't want to be separate. Nursultan Nazarbayev was desperately asking Kremlin not to remove Kazakhstan from the union. Same was with Belarus with only Ukraine and Czechoslovaks showing some interest in independence.

Good to see that they're coming around once again.

Russia will once again become even more massive once Kazakhstan joins in.

Anyway all the USSR republics still speak Russian more than their local language except Tajikistan (even where you could get away by knowing just Russian).

Not just because of being landlocked, mate. Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan have sea ports. They still cannot do jack without Putin's permission. The USSR only dissolved as a facade to show the world whereas in reality it still exists. Except for Poland, Czech Republic and Ukraine, no one has decided to ally with the NATO. All the remaining Soviet Republics still owe their loyalty to Moscow.

This will be more or less USSR model rather than EU model.

Take it guaranteed.

Russian Ruble will dominate the currency mode.

While I don't mind the Union I seriously hope they don't follw the EU model.

I think a union with Russia would benefit them more than falling prey to Washington's designs.

But how will this benefit your country?

Russians border with Kazakhstan and Belarus and therefore a customs union makes sense.

What is the current level of trade between Vietnam and Russia and how does this agreement picture?

Yes, if Vietnam join, free trade is the first benefits.
We have main exported goods differently, so we can be complementary to each other.

Secondly is benefit in enhancing cooperation and investment in all fields of economic, security, defence...

But that is just "may"...
