Russia snubs India; cancels navy, army war games

Yeah and if we keep on getting the short end of the stick.....remember tariffs can be imposed.....who is going to get hurt more India or China? Who makes more money? I want you to understand most Chinese products are viewed in India as very inferior....but the reason it sells is due to purely economics, its damn cheap. We understand once our industries are destroyed, the Chinese companies will jack up the price.

Then stop talking about it, and do it.

But we both know that your Indian politicians aren't going to do anything.

Can you please name some superior Indian products??
BTW, Indian outsourcing is also considered an inferior product, but it's done anyways since it's so cheap.

I agree, it is not good sign.

Now it is right time to disappoint.

Some ignorant Chinese keep on repeating the same thing even when they have been shown up so many times.

A drive in teller presumes to talk about things way above his station in life and proves his ignorance every day!

Anything for those 50 cents it would seem.

Rescue ops in Japan affected Indo-Russian naval exercise

New Delhi, May 31 (PTI) The annual naval exercise between India and Russia took a hit last month after the Russian side cited engagement of their ships in rescue operations in the Tsunami-hit Japan.
"Russian Navy had deployed some of its warships for rescue efforts in Japan. They had already informed us that they will not able to pledge any warship for the exercise due to their engagement in Japan," Navy spokesperson Commander P V S Satish said.
He said that following the communication from Russian Navy, a decision was taken to dispatch the Indian warships only for a port call at the Russian port Vladivostok.
Excluding the sea phase, the two navies carried out all other joint drills, he added.
"For the three days there were exchange of officers from both the sides and we performed all the harbor drills together," the spokesperson said.
Three Indian warships INS Delhi, INS Ranvijay and INS Ranvir went to Russia last month to participate in the annual exercises there.
Indian Navy further denied lodging any complaint with the Russian Navy.
"We have a very old relationship with Russia. All other activities between the two navies are right on schedule," the officer said.
