You mean the sort of hell that Pakistan is facing today, right now? Don't hold your breath on that.
Don't worry about India, a youth here or there may try to join a jih network. But they won't have the same social acceptance and backing that such people get in your country.
A few individuals with radical tendencies is not enough to cause a large nation to go down the drains - unless these people have a fertile breeding ground of poisonous ideologies, a large population that mis-worships such pernicious ideologies, unless those conditions are met, the country will not descend into chaos. We will do pretty well.
We will NEVER see a situation where large parts of our territory are controlled by islamist fanatics, where the writ of the nation does not extend. We will NEVER have a situation where sundry lashkars and mujahideens wander the streets of our cities, totting rocket launchers. We will NEVER have a situation where our own air force has to bomb our own territories, or seek the help of USA to drone our people whom we can't control. We will NEVER have a situation where lunatics armed with Kalashnikovs and scriptures set up a parallel justice system inspired by the laws of medieval desert tribes.
At most, such people may cause a bomb blast now and then. That is a horrible thing to do, but they will NOT be able to go further than that. Indian society is far too diverse, far too tolerant, far too mellow, far too matured to let such ideologies spread to such an extent.
To keep it very simple, India is NOT Pakistan. Indian society is NOT like Pakistani society. Such things can happen in Pakistan, but NOT in India. Your concerns (was it concern, or was it hope?) are completely misplaced.
