On February 12, Qingdao Jimo District Ocean Development Bureau responded that "a UFO was found in the waters near Rizhao and is preparing to shoot it down": This is indeed the case, but the specific UFO has not been notified yet, and the nearby fishermen have been notified by text message to pay attention to safety.

Has the cold war started?
China has no choice but has to shoot down any foreign balloon or UFO found in Chinese airspace after the US with high profile provokingly shot down Chinese weather balloon in US airspace recently.

Some one please tell me , is this UFO belongs to USA ?

This is a repeat of 9-11 event but entirely different consequence.

From the US side, their strategy had always been shoot first then apologize later (shooting own balloons -- the 2nd and 3rd ones that got shot down -- to apologize).

Back then, they bombed the Chinese Embassy. Then they apologized by bombing own buildings (Twin Towers in 2001). China accepted this apology back then because she needed to be on good terms with everyone in prep for Beijing 2008.

The whole Beijing 2008 was a scam that profitted the US the most (scam people into believing the rising China hype). All the US bankers were unloading their stocks in 2008 as the markets top a bit before Beijing 2008 and made a very hard landing soon after. Also remember why did USA allow Jet Li to become popular in the late 1998 (just as they were planning to bomb the Twin Towers soon in 2001) and early 2000's. It's to promote the China hype leading up to 2008 so the USA bankers can unload their stocks while everyone got in on the China hype!

Back then China was much weaker so China had to accept the USA apology for embassy bombing with the own-made destruction of the Twin Towers by CIA agents planting bombs on the support columns inside the buildings.

But, now USA using the same strategy, shoot China balloon first then apologize later by shooting own balloons. UNFORTUNATELY, China in a much stronger position now.

The outcome for the person who shoots first can only be lose-lose: 1. Lose face when China sends another balloon over US and US then does nothing to get China to stop shooting UAVs over her airspace (after China has shot down 10-20 USA balloons/UAVs). OR 2. Lose when China continues to shoot UAVs over her airspace.

The brilliant USA strategists thought they could reuse the same old strategy as the Twin Towers. Too BAD they utterly got surprised when China shot back and downed an UAV over her airspace! To fire the first shot... such a loser strategy incompatible with the Art of War!

Soon US will claim Chinese space station pass their space space and claim legal to bring it down.

What happened to the famous balloon?

Apparently a made up story by the Chinese.

While China’s increasingly hardline stance plays to its domestic audience, it’s also served to expose the inconsistencies and inherent contradictions in Beijing’s messaging – severely damaging its credibility, analysts say.

On Monday, Beijing accused Washington of “illegally” flying high-altitude balloons over its airspace more than 10 times since last year, calling the US the “world’s largest surveillance empire.”

The claim – made without any detail or evidence – was swiftly denied by the White House, which described the allegation as “the latest example of China scrambling to do damage control.”

Where is your evidence that the US gov accuses China has flying spy balloons over 40 countries in the world ? Just come out your state department speaker's mouth is called your evidence ?

Globaltimes confirms the next 3 balloons that got shot down was US's own balloons.

This basically confirms my theory above where we see US execute the strategy shoot first apologize later (by doing same to own self).

This worked when USA bombed the Chinese Embassy then subsequently destroyed their own Twin Towers as an apology. Because China needed to forward another agenda, the Beijing 2008 Olympics, other than revenge, China accepted the apology and let that go.

BUT this time, China got no more agendas that needed US help to execute. So, she will go full revenge mode tit for tat. The SDF posts tell me China already shot down the UAV and now looking to scavenge the wreckage with help of the public...

Indeed. If it were true, propaganda would have already blow it out of proportion. Obviously, the scenario has failed.

oh..where is that story?

Probably made by the same Chinese officials who claimed talk of an imminent invasion of Ukraine by Russia was made-up Western nonsense.

Good job Wang Wenbin coming to the podium on February 15th saying the months of invasion talk by the US has now been proven garbage as the day we had predicted has now passed.

Sorry the Pentagon projections were off by a whole 1 week. It ended up being on February 22nd.

Sure a "US propaganda failure"...you are such a $#%#% clown.
