why there is a need for subsidy, govt is getting 13pkr levy. they can just remove 10pkr out of it. no need for subsidy.

not too much to worry about, since our rising exports, foreign investment in coming future and remittances will accommodate this. it was necessary for the nation as our illiterate masses will not comprehend what damage pmln did to our country.

And if exports lose the 10% growth moment

Things went horrible wrong(no.remittence growth negative 20% exports growth) to cause such a massive problem in 2018

2-3% of GDP comes out to be around 10b$
So that is limit of CAD that we can tolerate or around 1b/month.
Currently is running twice as high
SBP thought this is all energy related and it would improve with oil price improvement however ukraine crisis will prolong the high oil prices

If ukraine crisis goes away and iran deal is finalized expect a drop in oil since massive oil production may enter market
Both russia and iran have hsitorically pumped max amount of oil disregarding OPEC
Which leads the king (saudis) to pump out oil as well

Remeber saudis have the cheapest oil(@ less then 10-15$)

Not sure how to break this to you, but the country was almost bankrupt, hard decision needed to repair the damage would have needed all sectors help specially bureaucracy, press and judiciary to make this happen, but lifafa journalist was relentless, suitcase judges have sworn and oath, to make sure nothing works.

No matter how hard PMIK worked to bring corruption under control, suitcase judges started opening even on holidays to provide relief to PML_N. All opposition parties are already starting to cry because they know now they will have to make hard decisions with empty treasury
