2) NATO troops might stay more then the given dead line i.e. 2014
3) A new interm government will be established under karzai
4) new funds for Afghanistan from US
5) Iran will remain part of development and reconstruction work in Aghanistan

but most of the things were already known, what is the meaning of this conference then?
