One single country may support you all time but not in everything. Like China.

You need to make an alliance like, for example:
you (Pakistan as a mediator) need to be important to two to three countries.
Then Take funds from one country (like Saudi),
and then take technology from another country (Like China/Russia)
and then give them geographical advantage (like access to CPEC/Hot Water which Saudi can not offer).
And then make arms at cheaper cost and sell to the initial fund raiser, that is, Saudi.

For examples,
Pakistan to Saudi = Pakistan giving protection, Pakistan taking funds for arms development.
Pakistan to Iran = Pakistan giving support against USA, Pakistan taking Oil at lower rate.
Pakistan to China = Pakistan giving access to Arabian sea, Pakistan taking technology and investment.
Pakistan to Russia= Pakistan giving access to make influence in south Asia, Pakistan taking technology.
Pakistan to Turkey= Pakistan giving support in Islamic alliance, Pakistan taking similar support also.

Just make sure others need you very much and without you they can not get the thing you can offer at lower cost / efficiently.

In my personal opinion, Pakistan-Bangladesh relations just sound like Pakistan-british virgin islands relationships - just too insignificant. How can we be good allies? Please discuss some possible and achievable interests on both sides.

Thanks for details, however, Pak-Russia will never workout. Saudis are not interested in investing Pakistan, also Saudis prefer most expensive products instead of choosing cheaper alternatives. Most gulf countries don't allow causal or household products from Pakistan. How, can Pakistan's military products qualify in gulf?
