Istanbul: People injured after explosion in Turkey - reports

The blast appears to have happened in a busy shopping area in the heart of the Turkish city.

A number of people have been injured following an explosion on a busy area in central Istanbul, according to local media reports.
At least 11 have reportedly been hurt in the blast, which appears to have been captured on videos circulating on social media.

From the videos I've seen (too graphic to post) it's almost certainly a suicide bomber, but could also have been a bomb placed in a bin. I doubt deaths in the 20s because you only get that with big bomb or closed spaces.

Almost certainly ISIS elements.
