Thing is even if it is mobile for a large truck it sems an expensive solution to a shot and scoot anti armor role with only two shots and presumably a considerable reload time, yes it could be used with conventional explosives so can an ICBM but why would you go to all that trouble just to launch HE. If you want shoot and scoot you can do it a lot cheeper with some thing like a Simba.

1- Simba APC carries tow missile, which is an AT missile not a ballistic missile so comparing simba with TEL is like comparing apples with oranges as not only the size but also the ranges of both missiles differ miles apart (consider 10KM vs 60KM) and simba uses Tow to increase its survivability rather than adding offensive launch platform.
2- Missile is medium to small sized thus would be less combersum to reload than traditional ballistic missle. Of course we are not talking about it being reloaded as a magazine in gun. It may take probably longer ro re-arm tel as opposed to usual MBRL (since i dont have any details on this) but given it being a tectical ballistic missle, it will probably deployed in much larger numbers than expected, say if PA deploys 5 tels in a specific location, 10 Laucnes would be enough dangerous to wipe out a significant part of agressor (a larger number can be deployed against forces of greater magnitude)

Nah we dont need to capture the territory but need to take care of your military assets which are in range and of course not by land forces. I would say missile batteries would do the job without impacting the local populace.....

my whole idea was not to capture the territory of Pakistan but to block it externally from getting aid. This will avoid any collateral damage to the civilians and will help us in regard that we cared for the civilians (not like we cared just say we cared )... At the same time with this stratergy Pakistan will never take out nukes as it has not lost anything on the territorial front.... would you nuke if the enemy is just holding position if enemy is not advancing at all. but at the same time because of economic reasons will sccumb to pressure. I had this concept now how to actually implement it and hold the defensive position let me leave it to hardcore war strategist. i have done the tough part now i need some rest...
