So how does that make him an expert in geopolitical sphere? A doctor is an illiterate in economics and vice versa. Dont consider him another Manmohan SIngh type person. He speaks his own mind, he is under no remote control.

When he says something, thats decades and decades and of experience which makes him say all that which he did.

Well, then may be my comprehension of the posted article might be wrong; I thought Mr. Tata simply stated that by arming pakistan, chinese are basically committing an act of an enmity towards the Republic of India. If arming pakistan by china is completely ethical and non aggressive towards India, then I guess Pakistani government should not be crying foul when India does the same to Afghanistan, Right?
