Modi and the 2002 massacre

For people claiming that this is an internal matter and, therefore, off-limits, the fact is that Modi is likely to hold a very important and central role in upcoming Indian governments. As such, it is legitimate to examine his career to try and understand him as a person.

You can be sure that all relevant countries are studying Modi in great detail. The Chinese even invited him to study him up close and personal -- yeh hei kya cheez, aakhir? (tranlation: what is this thing, anyway?)

Have you ever seen God? because my entire life God has neither appeared before me, nor talked to me. I care less for these Temple stuff because if God exist, he certainly does not need a home for him in one location as he is every where and is not bound by time.
Ram was certainly time bound, he was just another man who suspected his wife of being not a one mans women. So I would not be interested in making the Muslims of my nation feel threatened because we Hindus can do any thing we can and they have no right to do any thing in return to stop what we do.
Religious sentiments can take a hike, I am sure no one is going to die every day just because Ram is not built a temple in Ayodya. Its politicians who want to fool us and we are interested in being fooled repeatedly. if we think that we need to build this temple for no good reason except religious bigotory or you call it religious sentiment. I give a darm if this temple is built are not, but if building it is going to result in a blood bath, then certainly I wish not to have this temple nor mosque

Since you seem to be a atheist, there is no point anyway talking to you about the significance the mandir holds for Hindus. So excuse me. I dont want this to become another lame theist vs atheist thread.

ps.: eppo lerndhu naasthikan aana pa nee ?

....so what your are saying is if hindus build the Ram temple in Ayodhya, Muslims will kill all the hindus and have a blood bath ......

....and this is somehow the fault of the Hindus  ......and that they are the bigots

You mean on a red carpet?

China rolls out red carpet for Narendra Modi - Times Of India

As much as it may annoy you, none of us care about any slights he may have caused on the subcontinent to whomever. It's all business, and he is good for business.

@KRAIT

1: This thread has nothing to do with India's 'social issues', therefore it wont be shut.

2: I 'choose' to thank posts of 'my' liking, and i don't like being 'told'.

Best regards.

Sir, Katju also called Pakistan a Fake Country. What is Pakistani thinking on that?

The point is you may try to understand as much as you want, but your final opinion on him does not count for anything in the electoral/decision making process this side of the border.

According to that logic, Pakistan shouldn't have any problem with him.
For Pakistan he is not good news. You will see Indo-China relations especially economic ties, aggressive diplomacy against Pakistan.

Also he will most probably curb both Islamic and Hindu extremists. The fringe elements will be hiding.
