That place is like kill zone, What is happening in Poonch-Rajori area, If starts in Neelum valley then It would trouble, back in 2016 winter, Pakistan stopped shelling in every sector after a few hours bombardment was done in a sector in Neelum valley-

India had good opportunity to annex this valley in Kargil 1999 itself, most of the people has left this vast valley due to Indian shelling in past, This valley could give India strategic reach to sections of Karakoram Highway- and cut Pakistani supplies to areas opposite Kargil and Dras- The whole Baltistan area south of Skardu would be up for grabs-
