ABM like SAM is expensive for deployment.

May be over time.

What most people not realizing that ABM is hell of an expensive proposition, many times expensive than conventional SAMs, we are glad that India is a handful of nation capable of developing an effective anti-missile defense system.

And to be honest, much of India is irrelevant for ABM defense shield, next cities that should be lined up for protection should be Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai. More financially important regions will add up once they move up the ladder of priority.

Mate its Expensive to develop ABM in comparison to make them.. Slowly buy surely it will cover all major cities
